2004年初，我们预测到激光焊模具技术在未来的几年内将会在国内流行，于是开始跟德国的激光焊模专家接触，并跟德国的激光焊模机和激光焊丝生产商洽谈在中国代理销售。此时，国产的激光焊模设备还没有研发出来。
2005年4月，上海镭茂精密机械设备有限公司在上海注册成功，代理销售德国进口激光焊模机和激光焊丝。与此同时，我们在上海松江提供激光焊模具加工服务。
2005年至今的二十几年来，我们一直保持进口激光焊丝销售业绩稳定增长。我们拥有过千家客户，我们所代理的德国激光焊丝也成了国内多家激光焊机生产商推荐给客户的优质激光焊丝。我们已成为国内客户跟德国激光焊专家沟通的中间桥梁，不懈努力地引进欧洲先进的技术，为国内激光焊模品质的提升而出一份微薄的力量。

We are the agency of Germany laser welding wires in China, and we also have the service of laser welding processing since 2005. Our customers all over the China(main land), Hong Kong , Macao , Taiwan , and GT is our own brand , including GT laser welding wire , GT argon arc welding wire and welding rod .

2003年，德国的激光焊专家Swen Freeth和经验丰富的冶金学专家Detlef Voigt组建quada V+F Laserschweißdraht GmbH公司，专门研发生产激光焊专用焊丝。至今，Quada激光焊丝已有一百多种型号和数百种规格，已销售到全球四十多个国家，同时是欧洲多家激光焊机生产厂家的合作伙伴。
为了确保最终产品的高品质，Quada激光焊丝在生产中是受到严格监测的。使用特殊的拉丝方法，以保证焊丝洁净，焊接点周围不会形成任何阴影，这样可以保证更好的抛光效果。焊接时无残留物，焊接后不留任何焊接过的痕迹。
Quada有详细的数据可以向您提供各种焊丝的使用范围、机械值、化学分析、特殊性能和后处理的可能性。所有合金都有生产证书，这样可以鉴定所投入的配料。

In 2003, Swen Freeth, a German laser welding expert, and Detlef Voigt, an experienced metallurgy expert, established quada V+F Laserschwei ß draht GmbH to specialize in the research and production of laser welding wire. Up to now, Quada laser welding wire has over 100 models and hundreds of specifications, sold to more than 40 countries worldwide, and is also a partner of multiple laser welding machine manufacturers in Europe.
To ensure the high quality of the final product, Quada laser welding wire is strictly monitored during production. Using a special wire drawing method to ensure the cleanliness of the welding wire and the absence of any shadows around the welding point can guarantee a better polishing effect. There is no residue during welding, and there are no traces of welding left after welding.
Quada has detailed data to provide you with the usage range, mechanical values, chemical analysis, special properties, and post-processing possibilities of various welding wires. All alloys have production certificates, which can identify the ingredients used.
In order to record the quality of joint connections, Quada conducts metallurgical investigation tests in the laboratory, such as micrographs, hardness tests, and chemical analysis. The results obtained from investigating the mixing relationship, connection relationship, quenching process, and joint geometry can confirm the specimen and process testing.
